40h Certified YACEP Breathwork and Meditation Training

Join us for a profound journey into the heart of yogic practice, an immersion dedicated to the art and science of breath and meditation.

 

This 40-hour YACEP-certified training is designed for absolutely everybody, from absolute beginners to dedicated practitioners, as well as yoga teachers and wellness professionals who wish to deepen their understanding and refine their practice of Pranayama and Meditation, not just as techniques, but as direct experiences leading to greater awareness, clarity, and vitality.

 

Whether you seek to enhance your personal practice or skillfully weave breath and meditation techniques into your teaching, this training offers an integrated, experiential approach rooted in classical yogic wisdom and supported by modern understanding.

 

Together, we will explore a diverse range of meditation techniques, from silent, and breath-centered practices to active meditations, using visualisation techniques and mantra-based methods, as well as mindfulnes practices, offering you a full spectrum of tools to meet body, mind, and soul.

What you will learn

This training is a foundational exploration of theory, practice, and embodiment of Pranayama and Meditation. Expect a blend of ancient wisdom and modern science, personal exploration and teaching skills, science of sound and vibration, breathwork, stillness. Here's what we'll study together:

  • Energetic anatomy: koshas, prana, nadis, vayus, bindu, nada, mudra, kundalini etc...

  • Key classical pranayama techniques: nadi shodhana, kapalabhati, bhastrika, ujjayi, bhramari, and much more

  • Breath and nervous system regulation

  • Breath ratios, puraka, kumbhaka, rechaka and their impact on mind and body

  • Building a sustainable personal pranayama sadhana

 

🧘‍♀️ The Art of Meditation

  • Foundational understanding of meditation through the yogic lens

  • How to prepare for meditation

  • Silent meditation, mantra meditation, and breath awareness techniques

  • Active meditations to awaken energy, release tension and stabilise the mind

  • How to cultivate a consistent, living meditation practice

  • Overcoming common obstacles and finding ease in stillness

16:00-18:00h Afternoon practice, Experiential Breathwork & Meditation

The residential training in Barcelona will also include evenening meditations.
