What to Expect
Over 11 days, we will engage in a blend of yoga, mindfulness and meditation techniques, complemented with guided journaling prompts, as well as reflective and active practices, which support this beautiful inner work. Each day’s content will offer new insights, inviting you to blossom into your full potential and live it every day. Expect a journey that is both nurturing and inspirng, as there is nothing more meaningful than beginning each day with purpose!

WHEN & WHERE
We begin Tuesday October 21st and we will meet for 11 consecutive days with a pause over the weekend.
7- 8 am Central European Time or 12-13 pm here in Asia
Recordings will be available straight after the live session and will be sent to you together with
the journaling prompts
We are looking forward to have you with us

Live sessions and recordings
All sessions will be accessible via Zoom with access to the recordings afterwards.

Requirements
A yoga mat, journal, good internet connection and an
open heart.

Commitment
Dedicate 1 hour each day to meet yourself & engage fully with the practices & reflections.
