The Scorpio New Moon invites us to descend, to listen, to shed what has grown heavy, and to meet the whispers of who we are becoming. Here, in the silent waters of the inner world, transformation begins. We will breathe, and make space for subtle shifts. We allow the old to dissolve with tenderness. Creating Healthy Routines
We practice for 11 days to create healthy routines. This consistent commitment provides a structured timeframe for our body and mind to integrate new habits. During 11 days we cultivate awareness of our thoughts, our actions, and reactions, allowing us to embody supportive habits. By immersing ourselves in an 11-day journey, we establish discipline and lay the foundation for a balanced and fulfilling life. The experience will be enhanced through journaling prompts that support us integrating the insights gained throughout the journey.
What to Expect
Over 11 days, we will engage in a blend of yoga, mindfulness and meditation techniques, complemented with guided journaling prompts, as well as reflective and active practices, which support this beautiful inner work. Each day’s content will offer new insights, inviting you to come back home to your inner sanctuary every day. Expect a journey that is both nurturing and inspiring, as there is nothing more meaningful than beginning each day with purpose!

We begin Thursday November 20th and we will meet for 11 consecutive days online on Zoom.
7- 8 am Central European Time or 13-14 pm here in Asia
Recordings will be available straight after the live session and will be sent to you together with
the journaling prompts

Live sessions and recordings
All sessions will be accessible via Zoom with access to the recordings afterwards.

Requirements
A yoga mat, journal, good internet connection and an
open heart.

Commitment
