SAMANVAYA YOGA

50h Yoga Alliance Certified Yin Yoga Training
Are you ready to enter the transformative world of Yin Yoga?
Do you feel called to slow down, soften, and explore the deeper layers of your being?
Yin is a practice renowned for its ability to reach our deep tissues and the subtle layers of our being, to regulate the nervous system, and harmonize the energetic body. Through this 50-hour immersive training, you will cultivate new dimensions of clarity, inner spaciousness, and vitality. Your personal practice will gain depth and resonance, and if you are a teacher, your offerings will be infused with grounded wisdom and energetic sensitivity, bringing a fresh, luminous quality to everything you share.
Whether you are looking to expand your personal practice or skillfully weave Yin Yoga, meditation, and mindful breathwork into your sharings, this training offers an integrated and experiential approach rooted in Taoist Philosophy, Traditional Chinese Medicine, meridian theory, and the subtle energetics of the body. Supported by modern anatomical understanding of fascia and connective tissue, you will learn how Yin postures influence energetic flow, organ health, and long-term wellbeing.
